- The board approved the new website launch
- Site is built but needs to be published
Scheduling Issues
- Due to spring break schedules, considering first game on March 14 with next games on April 11/12
- 8 game season
- 9 games with Dick’s Festival (doubleheader) May 16
- Several options were offered by the attendees to have more games during the season. Scheduling committee to investigate options

- General discussion of field issues during 2008 season
Rules and Discipline
- Chris Clark provided a summary of issues from 2008
- Looking at required minimum training for coaches. USL Level 1 or Positive Coach Certification
- Suggestion to employ field monitors at all games
- Rules and Discipline committee to review and seek recommendations
- Each team to provide a field monitor
- Amy – Will look into Positive Coaching Alliance Training
- Recommendations to Board for making rules uniform
